This is a science lesson in which my students will apply their classroom skills to real world skills. They will work in cooperative learning groups to research and report on each stage of metamorphosis. Students will create on-line visuals, graph data, take digital photos, and record voice threads to explain collaborative work completed in each group.
Students will use technology tools to create and report their findings. They will share and discuss their observations with kindergarten students in Mexico. Communication between cultures will be accomplished through ePals and email.
